Nucor Building Systems – Indiana (NBSIN), a Nucor Buildings Group division, is searching for a Chief Financial Officer (Controller) to join our team. About the Role:
As the Division Chief Financial Officer (Controller), you will report directly to the General Manager, taking on a key leadership role within our organization. You will:
· Champion safety as a core value, ensuring all policies and standards are upheld.
· Lead the division’s accounting and financial reporting efforts while acting as a key contributor to strategic planning and execution for the division and broader product group.
· Oversee information systems and purchasing activities as well as personnel, managing related teams with excellence.
· Safeguard Nucor’s assets through robust risk-management practices and maintaining internal controls.
· Provide general financial experience and leadership to analyze business situations and formulate appropriate strategies.
· Partner with commercial, operations, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement and maximize plant efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or accounting
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial related positions
- Prior leadership and supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA and/or MBA Credentials
- Willing to relocate within Nucor as future opportunities arise
