Basic Job Functions
The role of the Division CFO is to participate as a member of the Division’s Leadership Team and to execute on Nucor's mission to Grow the Core, Expand Beyond, and Live our Culture. This role is expected to actively lead, mentor, and develop a highly-functioning, cohesive team, as well as work to promote cross-departmental teamwork, alignment, and collaboration. As a member of the leadership team this role will collaborate with the NIPG management teams to ensure alignment while combining market understanding, customer insight, and product vision into strategies that drive value for both the division and broader product group. Responsibilities include leading the division's accounting and financial reporting, human resources, information technology, purchasing, and credit-related activities. This role owns the division’s overall financial strategy, including forecasting, working capital management, and capital allocation, and ensures strong governance, internal controls, and compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and risk-management standards while consistently demonstrating Nucor’s values and culture.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance
- At least two years of work experience in a financial related leadership position
- Willing and able to travel with short notice
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA and/or MBA Credentials
- Financial experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with human resources or purchasing
