Basic Job Functions:
- Participate as a member of the office team in taking care of our customers while leading the division's sales efforts.
- Active participation in leading the growth of our core business, expanding the division beyond its historical limits, living our culture and ensuring we become the safest metal building company in the world.
- Provide long term strategic planning as well as create focus on delivering near term results.
- Create and drive long-term, sustainable and profitable sales growth.
- Assist the District Sales Manager in pricing, customer strategy and growing market share.
- Develop effective strategies on major projects, targeted customers, and market through customer relations and networking.
- This position requires the ability and means to travel, as needed to work with customers and support the division.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in construction-related sales or college degree in related field.

- The successful candidate must possess a positive attitude, a bias toward action and strong work ethic, with a history of successful sales responsibility and working with at team.
- Strong organizational skills, experience establishing and managing customer relationships to drive market share.
- Strong leadership and presentation skills (listening, oral, and written); ability to develop relationships based on trust and respect.
- Candidate must have competent technical and computer skills, including proficiencies in MS-Office software.
- Problem solving and decision making with an attention to detail to overcome customer concerns.
