Basic Job Functions:
The mechanic’s role is to safely maintain mechanical components throughout the plant. This includes trouble shooting and repairing all equipment, cooperating with and supporting operations and other duties as assigned including maintaining compliance in all areas of the site. Nucor teammates are expected to participate in and promote an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork within our Quality Control System.
