Basic Job Functions:
Responsibilities for the Housekeeping Tech position include but are not limited to:
- Provide quality service to customers, vendors and teammates
- Maintain housekeeping in office areas, breakrooms, conference rooms and restrooms
- Conduct sanitization of all high traffic areas
- Empty all trash and recycling containers
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping items
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule to accommodate workload.
- Ability to professionally communicate with other teammates and vendors.
- Must be willing to help in all areas of our business as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarization with metal buildings production process.
- Ownership of their work area and equipment.
- Individuals who can work well with multiple teams (different departments and shifts) and require minimal supervision.
