Basic Job Functions:
The Accounting Manager is a pivotal member of the division's leadership team and will be responsible for guiding the finance team towards achieving excellence. This position requires close collaboration with managers to analyze financial, operational, and key performance metrics, thereby aiding in the decision-making process for the Division. Additionally, the role involves engaging with other members of the Leadership Team to promote strong collaboration, transparency, and teamwork within the Division. The Accounting Manager is also entrusted with overseeing the training, development, and growth opportunities of finance department personnel.
Accounting Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax, financial and compliance reporting, forecasting, assisting with annual budget, monthly balancing, inventory management, and recording and timely reporting of accounting records/transactions, etc.
- Responsible for the implementation, communication, and interpretation of accounting and financial policies, as well as for overseeing control and system improvements.
- Supervising external and internal audit processes to ensure proper internal controls are maintained.
- Provides analytical support to other departments concerning accounting issues and drives continuous cost improvements across all facets of the business.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a financial related position
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA, CMA, Master’s Degree, or MBA
- Manufacturing or Cost Accounting experience
- Leadership/supervisory experience
- Microsoft D365 experience
- Desire to pursue promotion
- Open to possible relocation
