Basic Job Functions:
- Drive Safety, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness goals.
- Leading, coaching, performance reviews, and providing feedback to teammates.
- Hold teammates accountable to hit schedules with a focus on quality to both internal and external customers.
- Looking for an individual that is highly motivated in the people development aspect of leadership who can also learn the technical side of the business over time.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years’ minimum experience in Manufacturing or Construction Industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past Leadership experience.
- Experience with joist & deck.
- Tekla or other 3D modeling software experience.
- Bluebeam, Excel, SAP software experience.
- Ability to work overtime hours on a regular basis.
