Basic Job Functions:
- Drive Safety, quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness goals.
- Leading, coaching, counseling, reviews, and providing feedback to teammates.
- Holding teammates accountable to hit schedules while focusing on quality to our internal and external customers.
- Teaching the day-to-day operations of the Department(s), and how to manage their schedules
- Looking for an individual that is highly motivated in the people development aspect of leadership.
- Ability to work overtime hours on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years minimum experience in manufacturing or construction industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past Leadership experience.
- Experience with joist & deck strongly preferred.
- Tekla or other 3D modeling software experience.
- Bluebeam, Excel, SAP software experience.
