Basic Job Functions:
Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing proper procurement strategies for Centria. Responsible for sourcing critical insulated metal panel components. Responsible for sourcing all consumables used in the manufacturing process. Developing and implementing effective processes. Managing requisitions and purchase order executions in Dynamics 365. Develop reliable and qualified sources of supply for products and components. Assist in production planning and inventory control of raw materials. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, coordinate with operating departments on cost savings, and improve processes. Developing vendor relationships to drive financial success for Centria. Assist in production planning and inventory control of raw materials. Coordinate on-time deliveries of all products used. Responsible for reconciling invoices and billing discrepancies. All other duties, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
- Be able to work with limited supervision and high motivation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of business development tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets or outputs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or 4 year B.S. or B.A. degree.
- Knowledge of the insulated metal panel industry.
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
