Compensation Data

Hourly Non-Exempt: $33.57 - $40.80

ROA Bonus Eligible: Up to 33.9% 

Expected Salary Range with annual bonus: $84,488.98 - $102,685

 

Basic Job Functions:

The Nucor Seattle Raw Materials Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking care of our customers by executing the division’s safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability objectives. The role of the Raw Materials Coordinator includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a safe environment in and around our storage areas, inspection of incoming materials, and overall quality control. Raw material, refractory, and consumable inventory control, housekeeping, and general organization of the associated areas. The qualified candidate must be willing to work weekends, vacation coverage, and holidays if needed.

 

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in logistics and inventory management. 

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Inventory control experience. 
•    Strong ability to manage and prioritize needs with vendors. 
•    Ability to generate and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and oracle.
