Compensation Data: Pay Grade 1 – Base rate $15.28/Hour plus production bonus

Production positions are paid a base hourly rate along with a production bonus which is calculated based on quality tons produced. All Nucor teammates also qualify for profit sharing.

As an example:

Production bonus percentage = 165% (5 year average)

Average annual Compensation = $72,000 - $80,000 (2023 before profit sharing)

Profit sharing percentage = 15.29% (10 year average)

Nucor Steel Seattle, Inc., is seeking to assemble a hiring pool of qualified applicants for semi-skilled production and support occupations.  These jobs do not require prior manufacturing experience and all necessary training will be provided on the job.
