Basic Job Functions:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate month-end accounting. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Analysis:
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports for management.
• Month-End Accounting:
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in audits and compliance activities as required.
• Crosstrain, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. Vlookups, Pivots, Sumifs)
•Five years of accounting experience
