Basic Job Functions:

•    Support the Project Managers in overseeing all post-sale activities for assigned development projects.
•    Coordinate and process list work submissions from all sales territories, ensuring timely review, accurate documentation, and alignment with project specifications and delivery timelines.
•    Support order processing teammates by assisting with order entry, verification, and coordination.
•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, BoMs, engineering documents, and shop orders. 
•    Maintain high standards of communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
•    Be available to work extended hours as needed and travel to project sites when required.
•    Exemplify a “project-ownership” “can-do attitude” in all aspects of the job.

Minimum Qualifications:

•    High School Diploma, GED, or higher
•    1+ year in the construction industry. 
•    Ability and willingness to travel.

Preferences:

•    1+ years of experience in the steel industry.
•    Prior experience in project coordination, sales support, or assistant project management.
•    Experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for project tracking, material management, or order processing
•    Willingness to relocate for career growth opportunities.
