Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Cold Finish Wisconsin is looking for a Division Scheduling/Logistics Support Administrator to join the team. The teammate will be responsible for scheduling production orders and sequences in accordance with current sales order demand, with the goal of delivering all orders on time while maintaining the most productive schedule for the plant. This includes optimizing production runs, production line setups, and changeovers in alignment with the division’s goals and strategies. The teammate will collaborate with the sales, production, maintenance, and shipping teams to ensure orders are completed on time while maintaining a healthy inventory.
The teammate will also be responsible for supporting the Shipping Department for both the Wisconsin and Ohio facilities by coordinating shipment activities and schedules to optimize shipments and meet delivery dates.
The teammate will be exposed to the full operational process and related decision-making, from receiving raw materials through shipping customer orders. This experience will provide the teammate with the opportunity to learn from different departments and support their development and future growth within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Two-year degree in engineering, business, or accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Strong collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS degree in engineering, business, or accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Demonstrable strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong logical thinking skills.
