Basic Job Functions:
Vulcraft Nebraska is looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to support the Sales Team in all commercial aspects of the business. The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for the direct leadership and development of the inside sales team. This role will work closely with the Sales Manager and DSMs in leading the commercial strategy and initiatives. This position requires strong communication and coordination with other department supervisors at the plant to ensure seamless operations and alignment of departmental goals. The idea candidate must be willing, able, and have the means to travel frequently as part of their job responsibilities.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 3+ years of sales or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in a sales or commercial role
- Willing to relocate for future job opportunities
