Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Cold Finish Nebraska is looking for a Division Support Administrator to join their team. This is a developmental role. The Division Support Administrator is responsible for assisting various departments in administrative duties. These duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approvals.
- Reconcile monthly statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative assistance to division leadership and departments (production, shipping, sales, safety, HR, etc.)
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, vendors, and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage visitor sign-ins, badges and security procedures.
- Complete Sales Invoice Reviews
- Print and Enter Sales Orders
- Updating customer forecasts
- Review customer accounts for Ready-To-Ship material
- Manage Material Ready Reports for customers

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalate
- Experience using Microsoft Office
Preferences:
Associate’s degree in business or accounting
Two years’ experience in finance and/or accounting
