Basic Job Functions:
- Perform as the primary contact in assigned territories on projects through shipment.
- Receiving orders and assuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation
- Ensuring price, scope, and schedule clarity for all assigned projects
- Generating schedule emails for received projects and effectively communicating the schedule dates to Customer and Sales Account Manager
- Create change order requests based off Customer changes and returned Approval Drawings
- Assist in the coordination of resources between departments to maximize profit on each job.
- Multi-tasking between projects, scheduling, pricing, phone, and email correspondence
- Identify and effectively communicate potential problems or delays and offer cost-effective solutions
- Working with the Quality Team and Project Managers on field issues to resolve any back charges in a timely manner.
- Periodic travel to sales meetings, customer’s offices, and jobsites
- Develop a working knowledge of engineering, detailing, and fabrication practices.
- Perform other duties as required by your supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Effective verbal and communication skills
- Compable working experience in the project coordination field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s in Business, Construction, or Engineering related fields
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, steel rack industry, construction, or construction related field
- Strong background in the steel racking industry
- Experience in Customer Service with both internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft D365
