Basic Job Functions:

What You’ll Do
Work with teammates from our internal Credit, Collections, Contracts, and Accounting departments; Branch and Regional personnel; along with Nucor Rebar Fabrication Customers to provide administrative support for a range of credit, collections, and contracts support services and functions.
This is an in-office position, with no remote work options, in our Milford, MA regional office. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Your Responsibilities
• Set up new customer accounts and process all new customer credit applications.
• Log in all payments received daily and assist with coordinating the proper allocation of customer payments.
• Manage the submission of monthly statutory lien and bond notices by preparing documents and ensuring that all notices are timely submitted.
• Provide assistance with the submission of lien and bond claim releases
• Log in all new contracts for review using an internal document management system.
• Work with branches to obtain all project-specific documentation, including tax exemption certificates, bonds, certificates of insurance, contractor and owner information, and statutory notices.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail
• Provide backup and support to department colleagues as needed.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer accounts and corporate financial and other data.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 2 years experience of providing administrative support in an office setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, preferred experience with BlueBeam, and a proven adaptability to learn new systems.
• Previous roles that emphasize critical thinking, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
