Basic Job Functions:
The primary function of this position consists of accurate posting and application of customer payments to clear open invoices from customer’s accounts. In addition, the position will communicate customer charge backs (debits & credits) to the responsible sales team member as well as maintain and review various reports associated with these functions. The accounts receivable administrator is also responsible for maintaining communication with customers for collection and other account maintenance purposes. This position acts as the backup for some credit functions in the Credit Supervisor’s absence.
This position also covers front desk duties, which include greeting/directing site visitors and managing a multi-line phone system. Administrative duties include, but are not limited to, processing/distribution of outgoing/incoming mail, ordering office supplies for Administration Bldg., and maintaining/ensuring availability of visitor PPE.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior Administrative Experience
- Prior Accounting Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 year undergraduate degree with a major emphasis in a business related field.
- 2 years experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Prior administrative experience with a multi-line phone system.
