Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax, financial and compliance reporting, monthly balancing, inventory management, and timely reporting. Project Revenue Recognition and Cost Recognition, Department Cost Management Analysis, Standard JE's, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Inventory Analysis – (Costing, Zero Cost Items, Consumption Issues, Zero Quantities with Costs), Tax Reconciliations, Investigate Tax Notices, Corporate Reporting - Tax Schedules, Audit Requests, Review and Understand Production Work Order Process, Accounts Payable Support, Capital Spend and Fixed Asset Management and Reconciliation, and other ad-hoc reports. This position reports directly to the Controller.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting/finance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA and/or MBA preferred

• Manufacturing experience

• Leadership/supervisory experience
