NDS _Madison Maintenance Tech/Programmer

Basic Job Functions:

• Perform daily walk through of assigned areas.
• Report findings on inspection report, or repair on the spot if applicable
• Repair emergency problems with minimal downtime
• Record every intervention for daily and future analysis which includes maintenance time consumed and materials issued from the storeroom using our current CMMS system
• Perform activities during PM days
• Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair equipment problems
• Program production parts using software for machinery such as press brakes, punches, lasers and panel benders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Industrial Maintenance experience preferred
• Dependable/Flexible to rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Technical School or formal training school
• Industrial or Mechanical experience preferred
• Must know basic math
• Must be able to read and write basic English
