Basic Job Functions:
The Contract Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with customers, vendors, etc.
• Ensure all contractual agreements comply with internal policies and legal requirements
• Monitor contract performance and enforce compliance with contractual terms
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies in the contract process
• Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Working knowledge of lien and bond rights (in multiple states)
• Working knowledge of contract cycle management and contract language, such as limitation of liability, indemnification and warranty
• Working knowledge of commercial construction insurance
• Working knowledge of construction industry and general practices
• Coordinating contractual reviews with internal and external counsel as needed
• Collaborate with leadership team to focus on continuous improvement and support all business goals
• Lead a contracts team focusing on process improvement and coaching and development
• Assist with other contractual matters as they arise

Minimum Qualifications:
·Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Construction Management or related field
·5 years experience in contract administration or legal operations
Preferred Qualifications:
•1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe or similar PDF program
•1+ years experience with a CLM or similar software
