HR Generalist I

Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Data Systems is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Generalist-Recruiting Specialist. We are looking for an efficient and reliable HR Generalist to undertake a variety of HR activities including but not limited to the following: Recruiting, hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employment laws and regulations including Affirmative Action with a primary focus on recruiting talent, growing our company’s talent pool and improving our sourcing tactics for Nucor Data Systems and Mission Critical Construction Services. The HR Generalist – Recruitment Specialist position will require approximately 75% travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• 4 + years of recruitment experience for various roles
• Travel is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment
• PHR or other professional certification
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish
