Basic Job Functions:
The role of the Warehouse Counterperson includes but is not limited to providing good customer service, safely putting up and retrieving stock from the shelves, keeping the warehouse neat and clean, doing various forms of inventory i.e. cycle counts, and assisting other teammates. Must be able to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime including weekends and holidays. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Previous experience operating powered industrial vehicles (i.e, forklifts, order pickers, etc).
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience
