Basic Job Functions:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Claims Department.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching and accountability to the team.
- Lead back charge negotiations and ensure field claims are handled timely, correctly, and with best solution or outcome for the customer and NIPG.
- Coordinating with other department leads to effectively Grow the Quality Culture within the division.
- Responsible for initiating and maintaining SOP’s.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining performance metrics, dashboards and reporting.
- Oversee RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CA (Corrective Action) tracking and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in Insulated Panel, Metal Buildings, Construction or Construction related field.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical associate degree or bachelor’s in business, Construction, or Engineering related fields.
- Formal negotiation training / coursework.
- Experience leading teams as team lead, supervisor, or project lead.
- Previous Claims Management Experience.
