Basic Job Functions:
· Communicate with customers on a regular basis to problem solve issues they are experiencing. Assure timely accurate resolutions are provided to customers.
· Help lead investigations to get to root cause of issues
· Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and help facilitate process improvements
· Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Services Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
· Prior experience with Microsoft programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in claims, customer service, or insulated metal panels
· Prior experience in D365 a plus
