Basic Job Functions:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Product Management team, responsible for managing cross-functional projects in collaboration with the Product Managers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills to facilitate seamless project execution. As a key member of the team, you will also play a vital role in maintaining accurate product data and ensuring effective communication across departments.

  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to assign tasks on the project to teammates best positioned to complete them. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
  • Maintaining internal product documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple functional groups are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Communicate with Product Manager to keep the projects aligned with their goals.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needs or financing for the projects change.
  • Manage resource plan that goes along with product roadmap.
  • Help with facilitation of customer focus groups and interviews (coordination).
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
