Basic Job Functions:

The Human Resources & Talent Manager is responsible for the full scope of HR activities, including but not limited to, assisting with hiring and recruiting; collaborating to manage and execute college recruiting, marketing and partnership strategies; immigration and required reporting; personal development activities; salary administration and overseeing all payroll activities, such as preparation, filing and reconciliation of state and federal tax returns, preparation of W-2s and submission of all payroll reporting. The successful candidate will serve as a divisional leader and work closely with the team in coaching and counseling on various employment related matters, maintaining state and federal regulatory compliance requirements and reviewing and updating policy and procedure manuals. The Human Resources & Talent Manager oversees the administration and tracking of leave programs and stays up to date on HR trends and legal regulations, recommending and implementing changes as necessary, creating and presenting functional training topics including harassment and diversity, as well as assisting with Corporate training requirements, division-wide communications and investigations as needed. The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, have proven leadership skills and a demonstrated commitment to safety. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field with 3+ years related HR experience OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of related HR experience
• Experience with federal and state employment law

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification through HCRI or SHRM
• Master’s Degree in HR
• 3+ Years Human Resource experience in manufacturing environment
• 1+ Year experience working with SAP or SuccessFactors 
• 3+ Years supervisory or leadership experience
