Basic Job Functions:

Rytec is seeking a strong candidate for the position of HR and Talent Manager to help us build and develop our world-class team. This position leads all HR and Talent operations for our two manufacturing facilities and office teammates. This position will be responsible for the full scope of HR activities including but not limited to the following: hiring, training and development, compensation & benefits administration, project management, employee relations, employment laws and regulations including Affirmative Action reporting. This position works closely with the entire leadership team providing counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate must work to have an understanding of our business drivers and develop goals that support our business strategy. They must also be a change agent for continuous improvement and creating an environment for generating innovative ideas. The successful candidate will uphold Nucor’s values such as integrity, work ethic and personal responsibility.
