Basic Job Functions:
Position Summary
The Fabrication Production Coordinator provides administrative and transactional support to the Operations team by ensuring production documentation, system data, and reporting tools are accurate, up to date, and readily available.
This role is responsible for printing and maintaining production travelers, releasing and maintaining production orders in SAP, and ensuring data alignment across SAP, SharePoint, and DOMO to support smooth shop floor execution.

Essential Functions
- Support and participate in safety initiatives, training, and continuous improvement efforts
- Reinforce a culture where safety is prioritized in all administrative and production support activities
- Print and distribute production travelers, work orders, and supporting documentation
- Ensure travelers are complete, accurate, and aligned with current production orders
- Update and reprint travelers as needed based on change orders, engineering updates, or revisions
- Release production orders in SAP in alignment with scheduling direction
- Assist in adjusting production orders as needed (dates, quantities, status updates, notes)
- Ensure production orders are accurate and reflect the latest approved information
- Support order confirmations and basic transactional updates as directed
- Maintain accurate production data in SAP (order status, notes, confirmations)
- Update and maintain production tracking within SharePoint
- Ensure alignment between SAP, SharePoint, and DOMO dashboards
- Support implementation of engineering changes & sales order changes by updating production orders, travelers, and documentation
- Ensure changes are accurately reflected across SAP, SharePoint, and all supporting materials
- Coordinate with SAP and Engineering to confirm changes are applied correctly and timely
- Support maintenance and accuracy of material master data within SAP
- Identify and flag discrepancies in material data
- Assist in updating or coordinating corrections to ensure data integrity across systems
- Support upkeep of SharePoint-based trackers used for daily production visibility
- Pull and compile data from DOMO dashboards for production and leadership teams
- Identify and flag discrepancies between SAP, SharePoint, and DOMO for review

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1–3 years of administrative or manufacturing support experience
- Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting while working at a computer and performing administrative tasks
- Ability to use standard office equipment (computer, printer, phone)
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and access production areas as needed
- Ability to work in both an office and manufacturing floor environment
- Noise level is typically moderate but may vary when entering production areas
- Must be able to comply with all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines when on the shop floor

Preferred Qualifications:
