Basic Job Functions:
- Resolve ongoing equipment safety & reliability challenges
- Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes to reduce costs
- Plan, prepare, & execute down-day & outage work
- Support the shift team with maintaining daily operations
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on area equipment
- Ensure adequate sparing
- Provide effective communication to both the Maintenance & Production team

Minimum Qualifications:
Mechanical and/or Electrical industrial maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Steel Mill Experience
- Prior mechanical and/or electrical experience within heavy industry
- Prior experience with various mobile equipment
- Demonstrated high initiative
- Willing and able to relocate for advancement
