Annual Return On Assets Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 20.7% of eligible earnings
Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 20% of eligible earnings

Basic Job Functions:
As a Logistics Coordinator key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with all safety rules, regulations, and company guidelines regaurding the dispaching and scheduling of transportation needs
- Communicate with managers, supervisors, group leaders, and other departments relating to prduct deliveries and schedules
- Coordinate and communicate with managers, supervisors, group leaders, clerks, purchasing personnel and other departments relating to performance for all daily duties
- Manage customer delivery requirements to ensure ABCIL products are delivered on time
- Communicate and facilitate the best outcome between the division, our carriers and customers while following establish procedures
- Provide additional support throughout the shipping and receiving department
- Performs other clerical duties as required in the event of fellow teammate absences
- Fill in where necessary. Assist with coverage in similar administration like positions throughout the office
- Performs other related duties as required and directed
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with minimum supervision
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
- Knowledge of truck, rail domestic and/or international shipping
- Experience dealing with carriers and customers
- Understanding of freight cost and basic freight calculations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Judgement/Decision Making – Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Administration and Management – Knowledge of business and management principles involved in production control, and coordination of people and resources.
- Clerical – Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as work processing, managing files, data and records, designing forms, etc.
- Safety – Demonstrate a commitment to safety in all job aspects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with SAP, Bombs, Carrier Point TMS, BNSF, Shipware, Scanware and ROSS systems
- Understanding of DOT guidelines and regulations
- Ability to think, react quickly and make corrective actions as needed
- Prior experience in a logistics and or manufacturing environment
