What You'll Do:

The Driver I role supports safe and efficient operations by operating a roll-off truck to load and unload materials and assisting with general yard and production activities. This role also helps monitor, clean, and inspect plant production equipment, maintains a clean work area, and works closely with teammates to support daily operations.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

- Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Operate a roll-off truck to load and unload materials.
- Work a 1st shift schedule of 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
- Monitor, clean, and inspect plant production equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Assist other teammates as needed.
- Perform cleanup and other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
- Experience working in an industrial or outdoor environment.
- Ability to drive equipment under varying working conditions.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
Preferred:
- Experience driving a straight truck, roll-off truck, or box truck.
- Commercial Driver License (CDL).
