BASIC FUNCTION: The Inside Sales Representative supports the division’s commercial strategy by partnering with District Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and drive profitable growth.
This teammate serves as the primary contact for customers, managing the full order process—from quote to invoice—while building strong relationships. Responsibilities include account management, forecasting, strategizing for market share growth, reviewing orders, scheduling shipments, and handling customer service issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2. Customer Service Experience.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – holds a strong aptitude for learning and effectively leveraging a variety of software systems and digital platforms to streamline processes, support business growth, and elevate the Customer experience.
9. Problem Solving & Judgment/Decision Making – Motivated self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
PREFERENCES:
1. Two or four year college degree.
2. Account Management experience.
