Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Business Technology (NBT) is seeking an innovative, self-motivated Training Analyst who will create, optimize and deliver training content for the NextGen solution. Content will be generated for e-learning as well as in-person delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Collaboration with deployment, division, development teammates is a key part of this role.
This is a full-time position based in Irving, TX. Project related overnight travel is required up to 50%. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 year degree in Business, IT, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year of content writing experience in a business role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering training content to business users, especially technology related business processes and system or solution design.
- Able to leverage AI to generate and refine content, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision making.
- Dynamic presentation skills and experience in public speaking.
- Understanding of change management processes and Agile methodology.
