Business Process Manager - Finance

Basic Job Functions:

The Business Process Manager - Finance will lead teams of individuals from NBT as well as the divisions to improve and automate business processes. This individual will be responsible for securing expert resources internal to Nucor and consultants. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Leading the design and implementation process in finance for the sheet, plate, and structural divisions including inventory valuation and costing, financial reporting and controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, projects, and fixed assets. Serving as key point of contact between division leadership and the NBT team. Working with division leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.

Travel required up to 50% of the year.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field
• 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related field
• Combination of knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP implementation lifecycles (Oracle EBS preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, CPA, or CMA
• Prior leadership experience
• In depth understanding of how manufacturing processes impact enterprise business systems
