Melt Shop Electrical Lead

Basic Job Functions:

The role of the Electrical Maintenance Lead includes but is not limited to being responsible for the following: promoting a safe work environment and a one division team, leading a electrical maintenance team, developing a preventative and predictive maintenance program and quality systems, maintaining, and troubleshooting all types of electrical equipment, training and developing a maintenance team, and providing excellent customer service of responsibility. Must be able to work rotating shifts and scheduled/unscheduled overtime including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Three years industrial maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous Leadership experience
2. Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems
