Automotive Account Manager

Basic Job Functions:

1. Lead Customer team for OEM and Tier 1 customer base for Nucor Sheet Mill Group
2. Prospect and develop new OEM, Tier 1 and Service Center related Automotive business
3. Communicate Automotive commercial and supply chain requirements and activities across Nucor
4. Participate in and negotiate multi-faceted long term customer contracts
5. Knowledgeable of Nucor’s unique cost and market pricing structures and inputs
6. Lead and communicate customer feedback throughout Nucor and the supply chain
7. Coordinate supply chain relationships as it relates to OEM and Tier 1 customers
8. Ensure all commercial needs of the Automotive customer are being met

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 4 year undergraduate degree
2. Must report to Nucor Southfield, MI sales office
3. Appropriate travel and customer entertainment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Sales & Marketing Experience
