Basic Job Functions:
- Evaluates all accounts payable balances and solves payment discrepancies
- Review A/R aging and resolve past due transactions
- Oversee cash application process for accuracy and timeliness
- Completes intercompany billing and reconciliations
- Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure accuracy of customer billing
- Assists with month end close as needed
- Prepare journal entries for any items requiring posting to the general ledger
- Provides assistance and support for all accounting functions within the company as necessary
- Special projects as necessary

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in a business environment
- Ability to adapt to changes in work priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience required
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and profitability
- Proven communication skills both verbal and written, organization and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a business discipline or 4 years related work experience. Accounting or finance preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers
- Oracle and or D365 experience is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a variety of tasks, and perform work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to efficiently manage workloads and recognize priorities
- Strong organizational skills
