Basic Job Functions:

This position will contribute to the implementation, administration and communication of compensation programs for executives, officers, GMs and other key positions. 
 
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:


•    Assistance with the implementation and administration of annual and long-term compensation programs for senior management.
•    Communication (both written and verbal) with participants of the various plans.
•    Supporting the drafting of the executive and director compensation tables of the annual Proxy Statement.
•    Development and maintenance of various worksheets for equity tracking, executive financial planning, long-term performance plan statements, etc.
•    Coordination of processes with external stock plan provider.
•    Preparation of account reconciliations, journal entries and analyses related to severance, non-compete and SERP agreements.
•    Preparation of financial statement disclosures related to executive compensation and equity.
•    Development and implementation of new processes and procedures to meet organizational needs and gain efficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree or 5-years’ experience in Compensation Analysis or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience with executive compensation and stock compensation
