Basic Job Functions:

The Finance Transformation Analyst will focus on aligning people, processes and technology to serve the strategy of Nucor. Working within Finance and across other departments, this teammate will work to understand the needs of the data consumers, evaluate potential solutions to those needs and work with the Finance Applications team to implement those solutions. This teammate must demonstrate proven ability to successfully lead projects and collaborate effectively across functions. This teammate will also serve as a lead resource for acquisition integrations. The Finance Transformation Analyst will assist with ad hoc projects or tasks as needed; travel as required for integration duties, trainings or meetings; and be able to work a flexible schedule when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
  • 3 years of work experience in finance or accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), SQL
  • Enterprise Finance Systems: OneStream; Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Data & Analytics: Data Governance (Informatica), Azure Databricks / Fabric, Power BI
  • Delivery & DevOps: Azure DevOps
  • Any certifications are a plus
