Basic Job Functions:

This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to stock compensation, executive compensation and corporate governance.  
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
 
•Assist with calculation and communication of bonuses, RSUs and options
•Assist with calculation and communication of dividends and dividend equivalents
•Assist with preparation for meetings of the Board of Directors
•Prepare various account reconciliations and journal entries
•Prepare insider ownership forms to be filed with the SEC
•Prepare forms to be filed with the NYSE
•Interaction with divisions to pay executive compensation and related taxes

Minimum Qualifications:

•Accounting or payroll experience
•Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel 
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
 

Preferred Qualifications:

•Four-year degree
•Experience with executive compensation and stock compensation
