Senior Detailer

Basic Job Functions:

The responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:

• Creating Electronic 3D models of custom-building systems using 3D drafting software
• Generating Shop drawings and reports for in-house fabrication and production teams
• Producing Erection drawings and bill of materials for field construction use
• Checking work produced by other Detailer.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• 9+ years of pre-engineered metal building detailing experience
• Proven experience mentoring and reviewing the work of teammates
• Experience with Engineering Order Processing
