Basic Job Functions:

Vuclraft Utah is seeking candidates for a Sales Administrator located in our Brigham City office, this is an in office positon. The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities. This position acts as a central point of coordination between internal departments and external customers. The Sales Admin helps process bid request, manages tools such as projects folders and the bid calendar, assist in shaping bid strategies, helps drive efficiency, supports revenue generation efforts, all while maintaining a high-level of professional services.

 

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and a proactive mindset. The Sales Admin must also be willing and able to work the necessary hours to keep up with deadlines and workload demands. It’s an expectation the Sales Admin continually improves, take on greater responsibility, and grows withing the company. 

 

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma

Proficeint in using Micorsoft Products

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferences:

Experience using SAP

Prior experience in the construction industry

Basic understanding and ability to read contract drawings
