Claims Coordinator

Basic Job Functions:

• Communicate with customers on a regular basis to problem solve issues they are experiencing. Assure timely accurate resolutions are provided to customers 
• Asist in remake order process in D365 
• Help lead investigations to get to root cause of issues 
• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions and help facilitate process improvements  
• Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Services Supervisor  
• Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
