Basic Job Functions:
Responsibilities will include without being limited to; establishing clear expectations for a team; ensuring best practices are followed consistently; developing and evaluating team members; managing accountability for a team; facilitating collaboration between all NYS teams; and participating in long term strategic planning for the department, as well as meetings within or without regularly scheduled hours. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
One year of leadership experience
