Basic Job Functions:
The role of the Sales Associate includes but is not limited to answering incoming phone calls for the sales department, generating various daily/weekly/monthly sales & marketing reports, assisting sales team wherever workload demands, maintaining/ordering office supplies and organizing customer visits.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office
- 2 year Degree in Business, Marketing or related study, or 6 months of steel related experience
- Able to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime
