Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel – Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Reversing/Temper Mill Entry Operator for the Specialty Cold Mill Complex.
The reversing mill entry operator will be responsible for helping build a Reversing Mill team while establishing a culture of safety awareness, team member development, quality production, and continuous improvement.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year cold rolling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Reversing mill process and operations knowledge
- Understanding of cold rolling theory
