Cold Mill 1 Galv Line Equipment Operator

Basic Job Functions:

The duties of the Line Equipment Operator are to monitor and maintain the day-to-day performance of the Galvanizing Line equipment.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of Continuous Galvanizing Line experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Crane and forklift experience
2. Welding, burning, and mechanical skills
