CM1 Galv Line Equipment Operator

Basic Job Functions:

The duties of the Line Equipment Operator are to monitor and maintain the day-to-day performance of the Galvanizing Line equipment.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of sheet galvanizing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic galvanize line operations
• Crane and forklift experience
• Welding, burning, and mechanical skills
